How Fair Is F1?

Firstly, I admit Vettel was in a no-win position at T1 in Malaysia and bad luck for Rosberg.
The point is...Verstappen did the exact same thing at Spa and how come he gets a break?
I know I'm a big Vettel fan and seem biased, but let's be fair and consistent.
The penalty was way too harsh imo.
What do you guys think?

If it was fair (for the drivers) everyone would have the same spec car, but its first and formost a constructors championship but the drivers get the fans so we think the WDC is more important...to Merc F1 it isn't..

So yeah, its not fair never will be and you get different stewards at each round so look at it like football refs, or any ref they make different decisions and don't worry so much is just a sport.
