How do you mod Aero Dynamic's in RF2?

Hello,

I've been modding AC car's, redoing the aero dynamics. I understand CD, CL's, drag, and lift so I've got that down pretty well. But how do you do it in Rfactor2?

I've already changed weight's, springs, CG, Power in Rfactor2

I don't understand what -74.8 means...in the engine file ....that's not in AC
RPMTorque=(11433,-74.8,350.6)

I look at the rear wing, diffuser, front wing, body...I have no clue what is going on.
How do you determine downforce? total downforce and ride height sensitivity?

eg I want front wing 1 / 6 Lift to Drag, rear wing 1 / 3 Lift to Drag.
Also generate max diffuser downforce of 1.8CL but with ride height sensitivity.

Thanks I've learned a little, changed lots of stuff, power, rev limiter, suspension. I figured out how wings work, changed weight, changed body drag.

But the only problem, I don't understand the diffuser.

I understand this
DiffuserForceDistrib=(0.3339:Front_Subbody0,0,-0.83762),0.6661:Rear_Subbody0,0,0.41988))

But not this? DiffuserBasePlus=(-0.63,-5,2,170) EG is the first value supposed be a coefficient? How do you how much down-force the diffuser is giving?

You should join the S397 Forum and Discord as there you have loads of people who are knowledgeable and helpful.

I dont know how rfactor2 aero compares to gtr2 but I have a formula for the diffuser in Excel. I can send it to you if you wish. How did you calculate center of gravity btw?
