F1 2013 How do i start i a better team than the three choices ?

I have reinstalled my pc and have to start all over.
How do i start i a better team than the choices i was given ?
Is there a mod for that ?

BTW - F1 2014 will allow you to start with any team that you want, and there will be no Young Driver Test
