F1 2014 How do I solve this problem?

hi, does anyone know what files how to open .tpk files in f1 2014 from what I have seen in those files are the flags of the countries, some photos of drivers and the cars that appear in the results table. It would be a great help!

Why should I delete it? I have seen that people here have created mods where they have been able to make these changes, and I would also like to be able to learn ... I, for example, have managed to make important changes to data, car designs, the realism in the impacts, etc. I just want to know how you can open the tpk files, because with the tizen sdk I can't understand how it works !!
