MGP19 How difficult is it to change riders lineup?

Im asking this because I want to move some riders in my career from moto2 to motogp just to follow my steps and race against them.

Is it possible transfer them? edit database example like alex marquez moving to motogp (name, portrait and maybe helmet)

I miss something like a virtual managment. Career would start in 2019 and it would develop. Transfers, age of riders and their ability. Maybe Rossi will end his career in the 2034 season
