MGP18 How change the respawn time of ia/player in MotoGp18?

I earlier games it could be done. Last year I managed to edit some files so that respawn sometimes happened 20 secs after the crash! But this year I see huge step back. So I am not going to buy this.
Also I read in review - "you will always see the same faces on podium". this means that "RaceMaxPerturbation" value is either non existant, or very small. Unacceptable.
