How can I remove this small square at right side of HUD ?

Since I have replaced the default HUD by other ones (linear dashboard or a color version) I see a small square at the right side of the HUD. Even if I restore the default files (of which I made a backup), the square stays there.

I have attached a picture.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of it ?

Open the right Misc\digidash_XXXX.ini with Notepad -- Turbometer X -- you'll see immediately which number refers to the needless element (I presume it's the eighth number on that list) --> change it to something bigger so that it'll be off the screen.
