Optimized textures, file size, skins, etc.

• Reduced file size (from 200mb to 54), more FPS friendly
• New driver size and animations
• Skins now use the metal_detail.dds for color
• New leather color combo and black rims
• Updated AI
• Updated cameras and sound
• Fixed tire shadow bias issue
• Added rear faces to bumpers and wheel arches
  
• New AO + shader tweaks

Looks like one of the tyre ambient shadows. Don't know why it's misplaced like this in the kunos showroom, sorry. Works fine in-game.

Yeah it's strange, even updated the shadows with CM, everything looks good. Well at least is not bothering on the track

proTyres: ERROR ini file as non valid characters or duplicate option name

No idea what any of that means. There's nothing obviously wrong with tyres.ini - doesn't mean that nothing's wrong, but I need a better hint. I don't see any invalid characters and there's only one tire option.

Update feels nice to me. A little more lively and exciting, but manageable. Mas du Clos is a wild ride in this little car.

Fixed rims dissappearing on LOD B

Small hierarchy issue on LODB was causing the rims to dissapear, fixed now.

New physics + CSP extensions

Physics
- Complete physics overhaul

Visuals
- Updated for CSP 0.1.61
- New paint shaders
- Updated some AO maps and textures
- Working fuel and temperature gauges
- Revised instruments accuracy
- Revised lighting (CSP only, added refractive lights, blinkers, etc.)
- Revised tire textures
- Some other small visual improvements
- Working wipers

CSP 0.1.61 or newer is needed for full functionality, CM 0.8.2096.36316 or above recommended.
Delete the old folder to avoid any texture issues with the skins.
