This is the livery for the Holden Commodore HF from Red Bull Australia driven by Jamie Whincup i still havent managed to do the glass stickers yet and the headlight logo a guy here on the forum named everlast gave me a hand, if i manage to do the glass stickers i will update it

I installed that mod but I can't choose it in main menu :c

the mod is set to replace the "default" skin so that there are no numbers on top of the skin, if you want u can rename the files to another skin, just rename the files from
v8h_tex_high_user.pssg
v8h_tex_tm_high_user.pssg
to one the the teams you want to replace
livery_01 is ravenwest
livery_04 is kicker
livery_06 is cusco
livery_09 is razer
it would be somthing like
v8h_tex_high_04.pssg
v8h_tex_tm_high_04.pssg
