Hoe To Adjust Seat Height?

For open wheelers, I've set my seat height high in order to get a better view down the track. But now in enclosed cars, such as the SCCA racer, I'm sitting so high that part of the roof obstructs my view.

So, is there a way to set seat height on an individual car basis? If not, what's the quickest way to raise/lower seat height when I switch from one car to another?

Note: I've probably played with seat heights before (or perhaps it was in another sim?), but apparently forgot how it's done.

While that works in 2D (SHIFT - ]), unfortunately it does not work in VR. Funny, that in some cars, the seat height is OK, but in the Cadillac (1st on the list of "free" or included cars), it's way to high.
