Rules:
If you have not entered the server and driven a few laps with fellow drivers before we go to qualifying you are to late for that session. Please think of your fellow drivers and get out on track with them, watch how they drive, you can't race with guys you have not seen drive.
We ALL brake a little differently and drive the corners differently, get used to how they drive and then we can all race more safely.
If you drop out of the server during qualifying you can return.

This is being held in our Club, using Club Rules, and should be driven in that spirit.

Just wondering if anyone else is getting a flicker on screen of the GUI windows while on track. Tried lowering all display options in games but no change.
Jack I have this problem in rf2 and rf1. It seems that one of the files gets corrupted and even if you have it set to no flicker in config file it will still flicker.
Soooo what I did is keep a folder with the files from the GID in back up folder and repaste them in. If you do all the GID files including config files it only takes a second and you never know the difference. I have about 7 installs including gsc, rf1, historx, rf2 and If it starts to flicker I just paste in the files an TADA. :)

Edit: This is a known problem and the fix was to reinstall so I just set up a copy paste fix.

@Yves Larose please sign me up

Any tips on how to handle these beauties would be welcome, maybe I can take you up on your offer for some pointers on TS sometime in a pre-race practise.
Stretch your right leg as fare as you dare, and hope for the best :whistling:
No - I will soon make a video on that subject Tips and how to setup a car for Race.
They can be a bitch:devilish: to drive..but the reward you will feel when you get it right is MONUMENTAL.

Thanks for the tip Jeff. I looked things over and I see all the files and folders....just need a bit a courage to try the copy/paste. Hate to mess things up more when the game is running solid....lol.

Piece of cake, once you have running smoothly and no flickering just copy all the files. I have done it so many times I can tell you from memory what files and where they go LOL If you need any help just ask.

Can someone tell me which cars in this class might be easier for a HistorX noob like me please? (Just when I get used to normal Sim Racing, HIstorX reminds me how little I know haha)
