Rules:
If you have not entered the server and driven a few laps with fellow drivers before we go to qualifying you are to late for that session. Please think of your fellow drivers and get out on track with them, watch how they drive, you can't race with guys you have not seen drive.
We ALL brake a little differently and drive the corners differently, get used to how they drive and then we can all race more safely.
If you drop out of the server during qualifying you can return.

This is being held in our Club, using Club Rules, and should be driven in that spirit.

A very forgettable night for me.
R1 made a fantastic start up into 5th, and tucked in behind @Denis Betty. Unfortunately I tagged him without realising it going into T2:redface: Sorry mate. Somehow lost the rear end going into the back straight and spun across the track into the barrier, so many apologies to those whose race I messed up.
Lack of concentration for the rest of R1, and also R2 meant lots of trips to see the barriers. :(
Good racing all

Race 1 was a blast - thank you racing friends
Race 2 was not - started third (I think) in the A 310 and got away really nice and took the lead for a couple of laps. Then suddenly the engine died and end of race.
If you choose to drive the A 310 (which is nice to drive) don't wait for the light to shift gear because then this happens. Have a look at the gear number instead because this turns red before the light on the dashboard.
Hopefully I see you all again on Thursday.

Race 2 took out the BMW CSL which in practice seemed okay. In race mode it's bit more of a handful could n't get the set up just right :( but I did make it to the end of the race.

Stayed on for a bit with Steve & Denis tried the Ford's which are a little more stable, so that's my choice for next time :)

No worries Tim, I know how that feels. Just a racing incident mate. :)

R1 I took the Dino and, due only to attrition, eventually found myself in 4th..... until my engine blew on the last lap. I don't think anybody behind me was still running so at least I ended up 4th even if I didn't finish.

R2 I took the Escort and qualified in 4th I think. Somehow I got up to 2nd behind Sven-Arne and was just about hanging onto him until his engine blew. That left me all alone at the front with Jarek and Yves chasing me down. A wide eyed white knuckle ride ensued. I had sweat running into my eyes. Jarek disappeared off the timing chart so it was just Yves catching me by around 1s per lap. I thought if I could just make it home without.... then I jumped on the brakes too hard and spun at the 1st chicane. :( Stig was not far behind but I managed to gather it up and squirm home on tired tyres to take 2nd.

Phew, and we have to do it all again on Thursday.
