Rules:
If you have not entered the server and driven a few laps with fellow drivers before we go to qualifying you are to late for that session. Please think of your fellow drivers and get out on track with them, watch how they drive, you can't race with guys you have not seen drive.
We ALL brake a little differently and drive the corners differently, get used to how they drive and then we can all race more safely.
If you drop out of the server during qualifying you can return.

This is being held in our Club, using Club Rules, and should be driven in that spirit.

HI
Race 1 : took the advantage of some tangling up in corner 2 on first lap
held the lead until i got caugth by Franklin stegink.... result second for me...
Race 2 : Some Hard Dusk Racing with @Franklin Stegink
could hold him off most of the race ( lotus cortina Top Speed )
.....then 2 laps before the the flag I made 1 mistake.....and then...well he got me Again
so second Again...

Stig Bidstrup

That's all the fault of @Yves Larose, because he didn't want to work together as a team.
You're not gonna get far in life with that "me, me" attitude, sometimes you gotta sacrifice things for the greater good. In this case the greater good would have been me getting away in the fat Jag, while Yves blocks the whole field. This would be a "win/win" situation, but only for me. So basically a "win" situation :D.
Never again, from now on i fight on my own, forget teamwork ;).

Sillyness aside, another fine evening.
There were some hickups at the start of race 1 but both races were pure fun.
Finished 3rd (or 4th?) in the Jag due to the trouble some guys in faster cars had at the start and me staying out of it. @Franklin Stegink and @Stig Bidstrup were out of reach for me, running their own race, i was focused on what was going on behind me
since i knew sooner or later the guys that crashed would be coming. But except a lapped Alfa bringing a bit of entertainment into the situation (sorry, don't know who that was, i had vehicle labels off) noone was coming closer and i finished in a satisfactory position for the MK2.

Race 2 was fun overdose, i like nothing more than pressuring more powerful cars in little handling wonders that close the gap in corners and that was exactly what i was doing through the whole race in an awesome battle for P3 with @Sven-Arne Andersson.
He opened a gap on the long straight, i needed about 3/4th of a lap to close it and got on his inside at the exit of the second to last turn in almost every single lap, which meant he was forced to take the last turn from inside lap by lap.
This in turn meant i could cross his line into the inside right before the finish straight which i did on most laps, resulting in me going over start/finish before Sven. Oviously he got his revenge a turn later on the long straight but if i kept at it i could finish 3rd.
But of all laps it had to be the last that i was kind of sloppy, so he got a bit further away than usual, just enough for me to not be able to do my last turn trick :).
Race felt like it was 7 minutes, so much fun.

Grats to @Franklin Stegink & @Stig Bidstrup, thanks to everyone else .

Dropped in for race 2 and got my first podium 3rd, not bad only took me about a year an half to achieve :)

Well it was due to a small grid with 3 DNF's, so just myself Steve & Allan to fight it out. Had some fun racing with Steve, having a bit of extra speed in the Mini 1275 and the engine held together which was a bonus

The mod is starting to grow on me for sure
