Rules:
If you have not entered the server and driven a few laps with fellow drivers before we go to qualifying you are to late for that session. Please think of your fellow drivers and get out on track with them, watch how they drive, you can't race with guys you have not seen drive.
We ALL brake a little differently and drive the corners differently, get used to how they drive and then we can all race more safely.
If you drop out of the server during qualifying you can return.

This is being held in our Club, using Club Rules, and should be driven in that spirit.

I realize now (Anderstorp rang a bell, i see the name in GTL UI colors in my mind) those tracks are from GTL and that's why they're new to me.
I drove GTL maybe 5-10 hours in total and all i remember is Donington, Hockenheim, Spa and Nürburgring GP.

So i'll be trashing the Jag and Cinquecento around the track later tonight in order to get acquainted with it .

CONGRATS to @Tim Ling on his first race win,..I couldnt catch ya an i was having an epic battle with @Yves Larose and @Jarek Kostowski ..i no now how a wilderbeast feels been mauled by a pack of lions lol..relentless but oohhh so much fun..thanx guys for pushing me to my limits even if i did make a couple of mistakes..all a learning curve lol.....

Hi Tim
Good to hear from you.
Yes, I have been quite busy lately but that seems to be slowing down somewhat right now. We had our grand daughter ( 3 1/2 years old) for ten days and she demanded my time constantly to play with her. Also, I have been working on a painting since November and I hope to finish it tonight, yes tonight ... up to 3 and 4 in the morning on many, many nights trying to complete it ... a triple portrait which became more difficult than first thought. I will be away Thursday ( going to buy/ pick up a motorcycle ..... Honda 1100 Shadow...... about 3 1/2 hours drive there and for next Tuesday I have a doctor's appointment ( cortisone shot in my right shoulder) unfortunately scheduled about race time. Also, as you know one of my brothers had a bad stoke and he was located at a hospital at a distance of about a 1 hour and twenty minute drive and our meetings with his doctors was always on Thursdays. He is now at our local hospital .... only about a half hour drive. He has made little improvements but still can not speak other than one word here and there..no sentences. I am his main contact person so I have to visit the hospital often to take care of his personnel things: laundry, pay his bills etc. So with all of that I hope to make room for GTL...oops I mean HistorX in the near future. My transition from GTL to HistorX was not as smooth as most so a little break may recharge my battery.

Take care and hope to return soon. You can share this with the others should they inquire so they know why I have been absent as of late.

Ha ha, I finished at the back both races mate. I've given up on the granny for a bit. R1 I was involved in an accident in T2 (not really my fault) and drove with damage for the whole race. I made too many mistakes trying to stay on the pace and was my usual shambles every time I came up behind another car.

R2 I took the Elan and quallied 2nd. Was overtaken by @Franklin Stegink off the line and out braked myself whilst trying to take back the place at T2 L2. Stalled the engine on re-entering the track, then too many mistakes trying to catch up and no good when following other cars.

As you were then, showed a bit of pace but no race craft whatsoever. Thanks again to @Yves Larose for your help the other night on TS.
