Not Sure i can join but i have a question: when i changing to a Another car or track i have to reload my wheel config or sometime make a New one. That why i Allways having trubble in race 2. Is this normal ?
If you dont close the game --the config will stay there --I dont excatly know what problems you have with that steering wheel , FFB ?? realfeel can play tricks on you if its that.. The last 3 month I have only used the upgrade called rfactor strong force ( its default rfactor FFB ) Try that if its a FFB problem you have., when I enter race I always press X button to reset forcefeedback on the starting line...

No, that doesn't sound right to me. I think there may be a problem. Have you tried making a new user profile? Don't forget to back up your current one first though.
I have to do a new profile every time i go out to change car or track, and after making a new one i allway,s save them. I can,t use the one i did last time, must be something wrong with the wheel memory.
I don't think it's the wheel mate, have you tried it in another game? Anyway, I didn't mean for you to make a new "Controller" profile (I understand that you already tried that), I meant make a new "Driver/User" profile. This will create a new .plr file and some other stuff (can't remember what). It's always worth doing this, because it's an easy way to check if the problem is in your current User profile. Give it a try, and also, try the wheel in another game. If the worst comes to the worst, make a new install of HistorX (back up your car set ups maybe). Always take a copy of the new install and keep it somewhere safe.
To Bengt first you do this setting in the plr file set Keep Received Setups="3" // 0=do not accept, 1=keep until next track, 2=keep until exit, 3=keep forever you can test to add a folder in UserData\your name \Settings name it 00 Bengt so it always can be high in the list then save setups with name what mod car u use i have done that since i start race with rfactor1 some other things to do in rfactor 1 you can see here http://tripp.team-forum.net/t17-rfactor-tweaks?highlight=rfactor+tweaks It is tons off settings that can be done in rfactor 1 much settings in the force feedback to get right felling in the wheel toe in and so on i like that instead of play a arcade game with not any settings to chance
