Hi i have just buildt the satsuma for the second time and i cant seem to get it to start

i have looked trough MSC editor and tried to connect and repair everything but i cant make it react to the key turning. could someone look trough my savefile and help me find whats wrong. thank you.​

Your battery doesn't have any charge. You can check it with the clamps on the table. I changed the battery and it's starting. You're welcome
