Tracks Help with scaling factor...

Hi , can anyone tell me how should i change the scaling factor of already created track. I am aware of 3dsimed , Kseditor and Blender/3dsmax. Example if the track is with scaling factor 1.2 to change it to 1.What are the proper steps.Thanks in advance
