Help with lighting

I have an issue with the lighting it seems the light source is directly behind the car I deleted the cfg file from documents folder but issue persisted. I do have Content manager and generic mod editor installed

Goto your recycling and restore it, the cfg aint doing that. What "generic" mod are you referring to?
