F1 2016 help with helmet change?!

can anyone tell me how I can replace one of the custom helmets in the game with a real helmet of a driver? Do I have to copy the helmet template files of the real driver and copy them in the gen file? Which gen helmet do I need to replace?

I'd like to use Kevin Magnussen's helmet as my helmet in career.
