Help!! should I post an update or a new version?? "GTR2 Lighting Patch by holacrosty 1.0"

I forget this instruction:

- Open your *.PLR file
(found in ->GTR 2...\ UserData \ "Player name" \ "player name.PLR" )

And set this parameter to this value-> Shadow Ambient Scale="1.00000"

And in the past I messed up to update some content of mine.
So.. should I post an update or a new version?
I only want to replace the uploaded file (with the new instruction) but it is not a new version, or is it??
what should I do??

oh and what is your "default" parameter set up to?
=0.50000 ??
