Game has been running super smooth since I upgraded CPU and GPU on max, no issues. Single screen 32" flat.
Over the last few days I'm getting black flashes appearing all the time, have tried updating drivers, back dating them, Vsync on and off in game and in Nvidia settings. Have disabled afterburner, have tried lowering settings, all the way down to medium.
Am now at a loss, it's probably something silly, but can't figure it myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Screen also does it when not gaming, not as much but the occasional flash
