Nurburgring. Go for the WEC weekend. If you want to venture outside of Germany then Le Mans is not that far - the best motor racing experience you'll ever have. I've been to thew 24 hr 8 times now.

Nogaro
Albi
Nogaro and Albi are small tracks from the south west of France, not sure how much they are know elsewhere… But went there many time when I was 15 to 20, enjoyed a lot various french championships.

Damn ! Nogaro is not so "small" (for a long time it was the only track I could test my vmax^^)
and Albi is....I leave in Pau, so it have to be my love track, but Albi for me is so "special" (even if the new chicane introduced in 2009 is weird and dangerous) ..A "little Monza" in my opinion , and a perfect track for spectating, you can see about 80% of layout
Don't really know in wich decade you were here, but if it was before the 1990's , i've heard so much good things about the layout (very fast)
