The name is fine. Chile doesn't have a very long motor racing history in circuits. He was a racer in the Indy series in the USA and also competed in Europe, in one-make series (I remember BMW was one) winning several races. The only driver who has competed in F1, in the '80s, was Eliseo Salazar, who also competed in the IndyCar Series, apart from racing the Dakar as well. It is there, the Dakar Rally Raid (and in Rally competitions in general), where chilean drivers have excelled, they have been champions in their categories, Carlo de Gavardo (RIP) was world champion in Rally Raid in '01 and currently Francisco "Chaleco" Lopez has been winner of several stages in different years of the Dakar. I hope my explanation wasn't too long, but YES, Pablo Donoso is very good as a team name.

El nombre está bien. Chile no tiene una historia automovilística, en circuitos, muy grande. Él era corredor de la serie Indy en EEUU y también compitió en Europa, en series monomarca (recuerdo BMW era una) ganando varias carreras. El único piloto que ha competido en la F1, en los '80s, fue Eliseo Salazar, que también compitió en la IndyCar Series, aparte de correr el Dakar tambien. Es ahí, El Dakar Rally Raid (y en competiciones de Rally en general), donde han sobresalido pilotos chilenos, han sido campeones en sus categorías, Carlo de Gavardo (QEPD) fue campeón mundial de Rally Raid el '01 y actualmente Francisco "Chaleco" López ha sido ganador de varias etapas en diferentes años del Dakar. Espero no haya sido tan larga mi explicación, pero Sí, Pablo Donoso está muy bien como nombre de equipo.
