Depends how your temps are though and what you got now.

Actually I think all 3 need upgrade. New card will help alot with the other games I have, but a new case will be good for the components to breath. CPU temps still running hotter than I would have liked with the Arctic Freeze cooler. Right now at 50c idle.

I'll post more details in the PC upgrade thread.

Sticking with cards, here is something thats been in my mind. If I do get this card, I'll have 2 8800GS. If I connect them both in Slot 2 and 3, enable SLI and make them both run PhysX. Possible?

You can use one of those cards for physx ye, dunno about two though, but sounds like you could do with new CPU cooler, what's your load temps?
