Plus,
- increased resistance to damages to prevent AI to pit in for small aero damages
- increased driver seat position range (use LEFT or RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON then drag mouse to adjust view)
- removed bump maps from Morgan/ViperCC/350Z cockpits because of cartoon/plastic effect
- removed spa invisible wall in pits
- updated Enna tyres stack with moving ones
- updated 996CUP #123/124 ugly safety net with nicer one from ViperCC
- updated 996 RS with 3 styles : Motec+H gearbox / Motec+Seq gearbox / Stack+H gearbox
- updated all MoTeC/Pi/Stack fonts, display and cube maps, added red zone to Stack and added rev limit to MoTeC
- added 996 GT3 R versions
- added missing brakes/tyres temperatures motec line : now available in ALL cars (cycles show lap time, oil/water/tyres/brakes temperatures)
- added specific Ferrari/Porsche brakes
- added missing #109 Porsche GT3 CUP from 24h Spa 2003 event
- added laptimer to all cars with flags/pit icons
- added missing safety net in #108 C5R cockpit
- added wipers and dirt/rain effects on side windows
- fixed many black polygons on some cars
and many more (as CocaCola I will not give my detailed recipe because of people copying my work but you must know that there are more than 300 patches) during 7 long years of work on this project...

no not possible on my pc : random ctd at 30fps so 60fps is unreachable. I have tested many combos during 2 months before release and 20fps is the best to be compatible with most PCs without big performance hit.
There is a subtility in gtr2 : game fps and rain animation fps are not synchronized ! To see smooth wiper animation at 20 fps (cinema is 24fps) you need at least 60fps in game so check with CTRL+F to show game fps. Indeed, if you have 30fps in game then wiper animation won't be 20fps but hugely reduced automatically like 5-10 fps in order to save resources. So the best test is to run a single car on track alone first.
I know ArmedLightning proposed 60fps in his mod but this is a tiny pattern repeated 30 times so far less impacting resources than a single huge image which covers ALL windows (side+front) as I did.

I have heavily reworked lighting and cube maps with more 4k clouds, higher contrast, deeper black and enhanced colors. I precise that no plugin is used on screenshot so no reshade/sweetfx/enb but only good old GTR2 engine.
Will be available in next HQ ANNIVERSARY PATCH 15.2.0 in march so stay tuned to RaceDepartment... :)

really fantastic your support, nowadays i am cant run GTR2 "playable" (Hardware) but what i see looks really nice (new 32bit night sky textures ...... etc.....etc)
New lightning and cubemaps - no reshade/sweetfx/enb - will be interest.

Isn't that a bit too shiny for a racecar?
 
There will be 4 levels available : low, normal, shiny, ultra shiny (lambo screenshot is ultra shiny example to really see clouds over car body).
Moreover there will be 2 areas : forest (quite similar to what you can see in 15.1) + new desert (no trees) so all in all you will have the choice of 8 new sets of cube maps :)

Race cars are shiny : look at the nice videos uploaded by @MJQT :

mc12 is super shiny :)

Today I have fixed other 14 years old bugs in lambo chassis (lots of 3d updates) : by default rear grill below rear lights are shiny which is not normal so it is fixed now. Moreover, there is a black polygon in front of headlights in 3dsimed (It's weird because we don't really see it in game...but it bothered me lol) and it is fixed too :D

That's the backside of the front inner fender/wheel well Paul. In 3DSimed it's visible until you change the display option for the Polygon's face (None, Back Face, Front Face).

In game it's not visible because they are one sided Polygons with the visible face being the one that's facing the inside of the fender well. Deleting these "black polys" will create a hole in the car when in game because the cars body is also one sided polygons with the visible faces facing outward, which is why the cars have these basic black inner fenders.

FYI, before deleting any polys from the mesh always switch from None to the Back Face option in 3DSimed to see whats going to be visible in the game.

Some cars have it but not others : hit space bar (depends on if you mapped another key) and you can display 4 pages :
- laptime in qualif/practice or laps in race
- oil/water temps and engine RPM
- tyres temperatures
- brakes temperatures

Benetton, ferrari, sauber...well half cars will have it but not the other half : ligier, simtek, lotus...

This is direct a button on my G25.
Different Wheather Conditions in the Race, and to see the tyre-compounds, try-slick, intermediate, wet will be very interesting,

Today I have fixed another 15 years old bug : enabled ferrari 360 endurance lights on Cirtek #72 : will be available in next Anniversary Patch 15.3 :)

PS: each month I have messages or bad rating from NOOBS who say that they still have grey cars... look the screenshot, ferr/porsch are not grey with Anniversary Patch if you READ ENTIRELY and FOLLOW STEPS in install.txt within archive.
YOU MUST OVERWRITE ALL FILES+FOLDERS (not only GameData but ALL) AND RUN GTR2_SETUP.CMD TO SET OPTIONS LIKE CREWCHIEF COMPATIBILITY.
