Now us lot in the u.k are told we will get it Aug 26/29 depends what web site you look at, as of now i think Germany have had it?? but i'm told can not go on line because of steam not putting it out yet. Now i've looked on steam and they show no date as of yet? can any one up date me to what is going off with GTR Evolution.

26/29 aug seems for UK. 29th for me from play.com

As to your question, there is 2 versions you can install from the DVD, Offline and Online.

Offline is cd checking I believe and Online is using steam or some other method.

The steam download of it will be online only like it is with race 07.

Does anyone know the addon release date as Play hasn't got one ?
Or am I best off just buying the full release ?

play.com has 05/09/2008 as the release for addon and full game.

You can get the addon and full game off steam now on 01/09/2008 cheaper than play.

Called the Dynabite shop nearby and they dont have it in stock.
So 1-9 isn`t gonna be the date i`m afraid.
