GTR Evolution - Spyker smoke + fire

The smoke/fire from the engine is in the wrong place - the front of the car smokes/catches fire when the engine is in the middle.

Few more Spyker bugs

1. On the bonnet view, the grille is shown as a reversed version that you see on the front of the car, but lower quality.

2. Headlights can float and still work, much like on the Corvette C5R (this also works on the Viper)

Their are a lot of bugs in this game for the moment, I hope theirs a patch soon.
