I think the trick would be to drive a Bentley and qualify first. No way anyone can fit another car alongside it around here and still be on the asphalt
Yeah I think the track would be more suitable for KTM or NSUs. And if we had a go kart or two that would be even better. Yes this track is very tight which will make it obviously very difficult gain any positions. So remember the golden rule as I do believe it may come into play, once or twice, but probably more.
This will be more of a destruction derby with golden rule to do it again
Sounds like a good idea to me and with full damage on. No holds barred demolition derby. The first one over the line with more than 3 wheels wins.
With the width of this track and few passing places don't think this will be much of race more like...........
But seriously it is a 40-minute race so it's not exactly a sprint. I think the key here is staying on the track and gaining positions when others are not. Note to self, stay on the bloody black stuff, the grass doesn't need cutting.
So how do I report unnecessary incidents again? we don't want none of that, so go steady please gentlemen.
Like, agree and funny.
I also suspect you like the music.
I remember listening to another version of the lyrics with the word tracking was altered with another, if you know what I mean.
PS: My better half just informed me that I've got a copy of this movie, Convoy on VHS For those that don't know what VHS is because you're too bloody young Google it.
Yes Calyvn I think I heard the alt version many years ago along with alt ver of "The Devil goes down to Gerogia/Jamaica" and lot of stuff by Jim Stafford priceless
VHS think I might still have my Betamax original
It's funny you should mention Betamax I have actually got a few of those tapes as well one of them is "Deep Throat" I have no idea what that's about.. probably a B gore movie or something. I think it had Joan Collins in it.
According to the leaderboard it appears I am getting used to my new pedal set. So you need not worry, well not too much if I'm behind you.
Alright, what the hell... sign me up please
Here comes the pain train
Are you going to try starting from the back this time?
I seem to remember someone saying this about Macau, and it turned out to be anything but. Whether a race becomes a destruction derby or not is down to the people driving, not the cars or the tracks being used. Food for thought.
Words of wisdom from Ross...
"Sounds simple enough," he thought as he was lapped by Georg for the fifth time in a 40 minutes race.
@Ross Garland I agree with you, but still we can have little fun with sarcasm, can we
Of course, but there's no harm in pointing certain things out so that those that don't get sarcasm (there are plenty of them out there) don't get put off by thinking this event isn't worth entering.
