Out of interest, whats the best way to turn these FWD WTCR cars? Is it all about throttle balance on entry and exit? Found the Cupra was really hard to find the sweetspot on turn in and mid corner, understeered, in and mid corner no matter how slow i entered, then suddenly it turned. Just couldn't get it right the whole race.

Do you have to hold a bit of throttle on entry to get it to rotate??

Great race with weird Quali.
In Quali I think I hit some bug or time-hole, because in sector 2 I had weird time, half a second! faster than my best. Then, when I wanted perform another lap, the car started to be driven by game itself (AI) and I couldn't even escape it or cancel or anything, only to force shut down whole game.
Anyway the Race itself I enjoyed, pity of some touches in T1 but it happens and I was luckily able to avoid it.
@balage06 was incredibly fast (grats to your victory), but that were @Steve Le Gallez and @PurgerUK, they were in whole-race battle and still faster than me...

For this race, the track is relatively short and there a few relatively long straights mixed with hairpins and a 90 degree chicane.

Being a newcomer, I am wondering what kind of car should I choose for such a track?

1. A straight line monster?
2. A lightweight agile car?
3. Is acceleration more important than top speed on a track like that?

Opinions welcomed.

if you have ruf then try it, really popular and agile

I think for this track I may bench my favorite Corvette for the BMW Z4 or the Porsche 911.

I have applied the scientific method to the problem. I gathered some stats from the R3E Store about each car.

Sort order is by the smallest amount of weight to carry per horsepower.

In my experience, the heavier the car, the harder it is to manage lateral and longitudinal weight shifts.

Since I am still a virgin I ask to be gentle... I know little about the rules, so plenty will be violated. My apologies up front.
I suggest you keep your wifes, kids and pets indoors and increase your life- and car insurance.
Much parts and paint will be added to the different walls (not all mine, I am sure) and the tarmac will endure some extra (unnecessary) rubber...
