Hi! How do I install the skidpad in GTL?:)
1. Unrar the downloaded file using WinRAR or 7-zip,
2. Place the unpacked map "Skidpad" in your Locations folder, which is inside the Gamedata folder which is inside your GT Legends folder.
3. Restart the game, Skidpad should appear in your in-game track list.
4. Test this by joining tomorrow's server which is online already now.

Well that was a great night, I think iv'e learn so much... I did things in the setup without a full understanding of WHY... But with a clear a precise verbal and visual demo I now have an idea of what things do... lets hope i can remember it all...
May need a refresher course at some point.. but thanks for all the info Knut.. with Big thanks ....:)
cant wait to put it all into practice...

That was really helpful event, thanks a lot! I am very happy I participated. Shame I had no microphone, so no questions but I learned a lot just by listening.

I'm waiting for the manual as well! Just like some else said, I tried to take notes also but was always couple of lines behind :) Definitely this did enlight many things, I am just also a bit worried how so many things in a short time sticks into my brains so any lecture notes comes handy for that :) Or maybe this was kind of basic course, so maybe we should now look for the advanced part... :ninja:

Maybe we could do a part 2 of the course,
how to set up the diff
how to set up your brakes
Toe in toe out
And any point that we forgot or cant remember about part 1
Any maybe something about the position of your car on track to take the corner,(racing line and the fast line...)
lines through a corner or series of corners..
throttle balance when going through a corner
how to overtake safely, (made this mistake myself so many times)
Some pointer from the above will always help...
And if there time left
how to drive like you did Knut in the LM55 vid:)

Definitely a VERY BIG thank you to Knut. I now have a much better understanding of what each setting does. Though I'm not sure I understand how to use them properly...more time in the skid pan I think.

As for Rupe's suggestion of a part 2...:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

I would love some help on car control, racing lines especially.

Once again

Thank You Knut!
