So after the spectacular race at the Schottenring in the league last week, we rounded of the week with the Volvo at Nivelles which proved to be a fun event also.
We have a nice week of racing ahead in the club action, We start on Tuesday with the fiat 2300s coupe round a track that our former leader found. Circuit du Grand Sambuc is about 20 km from Aix-en-Provence in the town of Vauvenargues. Its plot is 2 km particularly hilly, technical and ... flooded with sunlight.Particularly friendly atmosphere of this site is a popular destination for all lovers of beautiful GT racing.
The circuit's is perfect for all types of car; it has an 800 metre straight followed by a succession of fast chicanes and hair-pin bends, uphill climbs and downward slopes. This track is well suited to the fiat and should provide some good close racing. Event details can be found

On Thursday we stay in France but head 500km north to Dijon to have a race round this iconic track using both the short and GP layout with the Bmw 2002tii. Which should prove interesting as this car is deceivingly quick on the straight and also through the bends so add this with the combination of the superb layout of Dijon it has to be a winner. with colourful skins for both sets of cars and two great tracks we should have a fun week in store. This all should get us all in the correct mindset for the next
league race at Portland in the good old US of A.
