Well, in spite of the fact that I got one of my rare podium appearances and the fact that these are one of my favorite cars, I can't say I enjoyed this race very much because I really didn't have much interaction with anyone:(. I qualified 3rd and was able to hold my position into the first turn (a rare event for me) but by the 2nd lap it was obvious that Mr. "Kan't Katch Me Kenwood" was in fact going to be un-catchable again and @dmatika was pulling away too, trying his best to keep up with the leader. This left me in a dead zone between those two leaders and the rest of the pack which was headed up by @Steve Le Gallez. The gap between those two in front and the pack behind grew and I stayed just about midway in between for the entirety of the race. In hindsight the fact that I didn't have to interact with many other drivers probably contributed greatly to the error free drive so I guess it was a blessing after all.:p Had family commitments so I missed the 2nd race but here's my video of that first race.

Most enjoyable as always gents but I kinda get what Mike Wyatt means, horses for courses with this car, so track dependent, momentum is the rule of thumb but add an adversary in your rear view mirror and although small that momentum is kerbed and gaps arise. I was losing yards off the last turn, even though I was flat out and hardly scrubbing at all. Throw in mashed tyres toward the end and the gaps just increase. Shame really because on the right track the TT-RS is great and contrary to last nights post race discussion, it is great at the Nords. The added aero mean it can be pushed far harder than you could imagine, slow-ish, yes but pushed to the limit on a fast sweeping track can be fun, has silly amounts of grip at high speed. Definitely worth the effort.

Holy crap that was some intense racing. The first race especially was just crazy :O_o: A group of like five cars I think, all battling for pretty much the same position, bumper to bumper. It might've been a bit too agressive at times for my tastes, but then again I did my best to participate in that as well and it was surprisingly clean, all things considered, I think.

I will upload my recordings if nobody has any objections (I know I should ask beforehand, but it feels stupid asking every time and then only uploading like one race a week or even less because they're not worth watching).

And such a shame about your fuel issues, @Ranj1977, you've been doing great in both of the races.
Hi Martin, How are you bro?

Yes it was an awesome race!! Enjoyed it very much the battle with you!! You were awesome and very clean.
I best start getting my fuel calculations correct - May need to go back to school!! lol!!
Result did not matter. It was a lot off fun racing (That is the main thing). I look forward to the next one next week
