Solid choice Jim. Have you taken a look at tyre pressures? I've started looking more in to the setups and found 27.5-28 psi provided peak grip.

That's correct. GT3 optimum are 27.5-28 range, GT4s are 26.8-27.5. Wet tyres 29.0-29.5

Yep, it's a bit confusing to start with but once you get the idea it can be a great tool. I mainly use it to compare my best lap time in a session to one of my average times and get an idea of where I'm going wrong. If you want to upload data from one of your sessions I'm sure we can help.
