I've had to step aside to prioritise Uni work for a few weeks, but I've been reading the forums and watching the threads - has something happened that's caused a huge drop off? Has a league started or anything? When I finish Uni it'll be sad if there are no races about. Not long ago we even had reserve cars.

There is no reason for concern this time. I've made an event that could theoretically attract more new or irregular drivers and people who complain that they don't have all of DLC's with GT3 cars. Apparently it was futile, back to regular events next week, should be back to normal.

Hello Akra,
As you may have seen the article about getting premium members who do not race online and in general any driver to try a race online at RD, And by using default content we offer the game to the widest array of drivers.
Mods can be a pain to new comers, where do i install the mod or track, or even worse you have crashed my game and it will not work. the DLC through steam installs itself after purchase so that is better for new comers to racing or the sim.

We are trying to expand on the core group of driver, so its a win win situation for all eventually we hope. These things just take a few weeks to start to come together, and drivers see whats going on and join in the fun. We have already seen an increase in activity due to this in the forums, Our 3 main sims AMS R3E and AC are all doing there best to increase numbers and also introduce and help new comers to the fold.. We are going to start a beginners events also, Starting with a lower powered cars for the new guys if they require a little bit of extra help.
But you only have to look at AMS mini Friday, Small cars can also be great fun.

Our goal is to have full servers on race nights. who would not want this, so we ask all to be flexible and if its your race night please sign up when you can, I know myself i just want to race i don't give 2 hoots if its a Abarth or a GT3 car. Its got 4 wheels (most of the time) it can be raced and will be. Racing in a pack is where the fun is and that's what its about, add to that a full room of drivers all babbling away on Tspeak... Do i need to say more...

Or you end up with say 6 guys driving round a track with no atmosphere at all...
