GT3 Buzzing Sound

Can anyone explain what the buzzing sound heard in some GT3 onboards is?

Was explained during the N24 I think, I can't remember what it was though - something about fuel mapping changing while off-throttle or part-throttle maybe.

Hmm... Sounds right, is it something like the fuel pumps adjusting real-time to save fuel on off-throttle then?

Ah wait think I found the answer. Another post on this forum from last year asked the same thing. Turns out it's the pneumatic gear shift. After a many downshifts in quick succession coming into a corner the system has to regain pressure with a pump hence the buzzing.

Right, I remembered it was to do with pressure in a hydraulic system somewhere. Well dug up!
