Qualy: P2 close infront of P3 and P4

Race 1: First rounds i could follow May by maybe 1 sec and was hoping to bring him in more pressure but after around 10 laps i loose every lap a bit more.
Finish P2 one second before Paul which close up to me in the end.

Race 2: Could win some positions up to P2 after lap 1. Martin gave me some close doors but after a braking to late i gte P1. Now i tried to increase the gap cause i know the strong second part of Max. But my laptimes wasn´t like Race 1 after i change a littlebit more ARB in rear. This gives me only more oversteer out of slow corners in fast handersagain understeer. So only 6 sec after he passes Steve. I lose 0.5 to 1 sec per lap, specially in sector one.
5 laps till end he was on my rearwing. It seems he drove more wings to me (10/9) cause i could stay infront on streight. In corners he closes up, most in corner entry. I often closes the door but one time he uses a little hole to go beside me. Little tap but no problem, also inside line for next corner doesn´t give me the chance to fight back. Finished again P2, three seconds behind Max.

Thanks all for driving and congrats Max for winning both races.

I was as prepared as I could be for this race. Everytime I trided a low wing car I went slower than with so I stuck with that and figured to at least stay on the track.

Q: As Expected, much slower that the group.

R1: Even with all that wing I still managed to take off a wheel at the last turn in L2! Fun race to watch though with a couple of close one going on.

R2: Beer in one hand, wheel in the other I promised myself to finish. To make sure, I let anyone by that challenged me!

Considering that I've been driving this track since the first Gran Prix sim, I s*<k!

  • Cesar Gomez

I just found out my schedule has unfortunately changed for friday night and i also will not be able to race. Please bump the next reserve driver.

I was really looking forward to this race too...

Mucho apologies,
Cesar

Great fun but not without some problems, in race 1 I had a mega lag moment screen went blank, I held my foot on the brake and the screen came back I was in the middle of the track and a couple of guys had to go either side of me, so sorry about that, race 2 my G25 decides to reset itself mid race and I crashed out, hmmm hope that doesent happen again.

Tobias, when does the poll close so we know what track to practice on and also there have been 12 votes and only 8 sign ups so far so is the poll correct ?

Just realized you can click on the number in the poll and see who has voted, if only sign ups are included it should be 5 votes to 3 in favour of Portimao so far.

I was hoping, that more people sign up till that point, getting a clear "grid majority" in the track poll. Since this isn't happen Portimao gets its chance for the 1st round. :)
