MINI's at Cadwell Park!? Yeah I went ahead and got permission to run a "mirror event" for Week 5 of the American Touring Car Championship from the race director!!!!!!!

So think of it as a support series! You get a chance to race on the track you'll be competing on the following Friday Night!

Sign up early as I suspect this will fill up quickly!

Great event.
Great fights with you guys, lots of fun.
Race 1 i almost ran out of fuel,i had to really slow down to make it to the finish, lol.
Race 2 was filled with nice moments, except the moment where i made a mistake wich costed me the lead, hehehe.
Had to fight my way back from 6/7 place,i almost made it,just ran a little short at the end so finished 2nd.
Thx for the fun guys,cy at the next event.

R1: I got off to a good start, moving from P7 to 6th. On the backside Corey got loose and I slipped under as he regained the road. I had a good pace early on and it was a fun drive even though Corey was in my mirrors. After L6, with tires heating my pace slipped and I was off on L8 and Corey got by. He had a good pace going and was pulling away when on L10 he had an off at T1 and I was ahead of him again. I just tried to keep it on the road and hold Corey off, that worked till the finish.

R2: Lousy start! From P5 to P7 of 7 in 100 yards! Worse, no trraction at the end of the straigh and I have an off into the wall, no damage but it got Kyle up close and Eric ahead was farther away. It's still not over, I tap the wall coming out of the boot and Kyle goes right past, I must look like an idiot! L2, I get past both Eric and Kyle after T1. Corey is just ahead of me at L4, he must be having a worse race than I am, I'm past him on L5 at T1. Kyle is behind me again looking like he wants to get by, can't figure why he hasn't passed earlier but he does at the end of L6. For the rest of the race, I nursed a hot RF tire.

Good cars, I learn a lot from them.

Thanks RD and Eric, see everyone next week.

Alex, I can't remember hearing you on TS.
