A real good fun nights racing with these Escorts,looked like everyone had a good time as well,certainly takes a little time to get the quirky knack of driving them to get the speed,but all part of the process,main battles with Keith and Ries!!,loved it all .

Really funny racing all

Race 1 : Qualified in 4’th in these slippery things
Took it easy at start an lost 2 places and had 6th for a long time.
Suddenly at lap 10 I had no front end grip what so ever, and that’s the way the cars was towards the end.
I lost 2 places more due to lack of speed, but due tom someone’s mishap I ended up in 7’th position

Race 2 : Qualified in 8th (I think) and had a very good race to the finish with some small fights. The tyres lasted just fine and the car was really great towards the end.
Finished in 4’th position

Race 3 : Qualified in 4’th with a “guess” setup sine the running there was limited.
Once again the front tyres were going off to quickly and I couldn’t really keep up the speed.
Some fights along the way but I slowly was falling down in the list. Then towards the end more ppl got problems (tyres ?) and I ended up in a 5th position.


My first races in the Escort, so am happy with the results

And as always, main goal reached to always try to bring it to the finish line

Please use some care when letting the other driver regain position, do not immediately stop your car on the driving line where it can cause further accidents. Not following this rule will result in your membership of the racing club being terminated at once!​
