Well that sucked.....was running well in practice. When just before quali, I get a lock up and then it comes back with all black over the graphics....So i leave, and rejoin (a slow and painful wait) to see we are in Quali with 11 mins left and the exact same thing happens.

I restart the computer, and restart steam (EXTREMELY SLOW AND PAINFUL) join the server only to see "Connection lost" and the server switched to Race 1.....

Anyone else have that happen before? And also why does steam take so long to startup?

Hope it was a good race, was looking forward to racing, and practicing for the RDTCC.

I did the qual with 1.22.607. And when I went to pit, everyone was freezed in the track. So maybe only me was freezed out. And it didn't switched to race. It's a shame because I had been waiting these races so much. GOSH! I'm so sad and angry right know.

First race: nice, finished 7th
Second race: Got some hits and went on gravel, then made mistakes, then I finally got something and suddenly became a lot faster and ran my pb, then my antivirus's automatic update killed the whole race..

Loved this track, really enjoyed it last time too in the Caterham. Hope we have more here

Great racing, quallied 6th.
Ran in 6th for the first few in race one then, while farfing with the pit menu, I suddenly realised I was closing on the guys infront... it was time to brake, a while back... didn't hit anyone, but never got a rhythm going at all after that. Pit stop went without hitch, I finished 11th.

Got a better start in race two, did a bit doorhandling, no harm, no foul. Made a couple of places, due to others going a little wide. On the approach to the final turn, on lap one, a melee occured. I slipped up the inside n made a few places again.. very surprised to be running 4th/3rd. As the gents infron made pitstops, I got the lead. Did a stop the following lap, again without hassle. Came out 6th, behind Yoeri and Simon (I think). We made places, as the last few did their stop. Ran home 3rd and in (very) close company at times.

Thanks to RD and to Yves. I've not had so much fun in a while. A pity I didn't fire up TS too.
