GT Omega Racing has officially announced an official GT Omega Racing team which will take over from the heart of the highly successful Sim Racing Team DHR GP which has closed its doors. The team will take part in key series in SimRacing and with DHR GP’s key members moving along to help build a successful future for the GT Omega Racing Team.
One of the team’s key sponsors for the team will be 00freebuild
who will supply GT Omega Racing with a high quality race server.
Team Chief of the GT Omega Racing Team Damian Dainhumain had this to say:
“Firstly I would like to say that closing DHR GP was a an extremely difficult decision, but financial reasons meant that the team could not continue and an official GT Omega Racing team was the only way forward. We will take most of the main core team from DHR GP and build on the success and the operation we achieved there and take it to GT Omega Racing”
GT Omega Racing owner Leo Wong commented:
