Yes that is new.
Some peeps drive endless laps in qualy. Now you get 1 try only! If a quicker guy messes up his lap, he will have to fight his way thru the field!
I coppied this from the GT Legends cluib races and think it's a great way to mix things up a little and create some early battles.
If this works here I will use it more often.
