Can i use texturepack importer?

And the mod does not want to open what do i do it just throws errors say the folder is in a unknown form or faulty

Lol I made a skin a while back for momo and my heart stopped when i saw this in my emails, however mine is for the rally wheel instead. I also tried to re-texture the GT shifter and I couldn't find it anywhere in Unity Assets Explorer, could you help let me know where it is? Thank you
