@Dennis Manke of course it was a little surprise and I also had somebody in my slipstream.
But it was no problem. I was fighting with the car the whole time. Group C really is tough, especially when you go with it the first time.

Stable driving Ross:thumbsup:
May I ask what hud apps you use to get the tire, position and all the other stuff displayed?
I think its the Cheef thing that gives the audio informations - right?

Thanks Bruno. :)

The HUD is OtterHUD. It's one that makes use of R3E's WebHUD feature which was added some time ago, and is by far the best one available right now. Lots of features, all customisable, resizeable, and positionable.

And yep, all the audio is Crew Chief in action. My videos are not the best example of what CC can do because I have most of the features turned off... it's only the spotter I'm interested in. But it can also provide all sorts of other audio info such as lap and sector times, gaps, tyre wear and fuel estimates, it can swear at you when you're driving badly, etc etc. Well worth a look.

Thanks Ross.
Ill have to check these two apps out.
Because If I ever want to participate in some multi Raceroom wise then this is exactly what could help me both being aware what is beside me and how the car is doing.

But I have been hesitant to add such extras because I have much too often seen that if something goes wrong computerwise then every installed extra goodies makes the faultfinding much harder.

I've been using CC since I returned to sim-racing in 2016 and so far have had no real issues with it. Sometimes after an update the engineer can give inaccurate info or something, but that's about it. The author is very active with regular addons and patches so no bug lasts more than a few days. The same goes for the HUD. I've been using OtterHUD since WebHUDs were added last year, and again the author has been very active in adding features and fixing issues so far.

It's also worth mentioning that both of these apps run separately to the game itself, and function by using data the game provides. Even if the apps themselves are bugged or fail completely, it will not affect R3E in any way since neither are providing or modifying game data themselves.

So with the excuses out of the way, get yourself in our club races! :D
