This is one of many (probably...) 'AFSC TinyTweak' updates to original contents of Race 07 and it's expansions.
Since the game was made over 10 years ago they had to limit the cpu usage with simplified ai car physics.
This results in a quite slidey/floaty behaviour.
Of course the computers of today could handle a lot more, so there are some potential to unlock in the...

I'm a beginner, could you tell me where I could find "Grand Touring Pro", to use your update? does this update
work in RACE Injection too? thamks anyway fory your great jobs in the forum.
that's my first post ...I do suppose there is a specific section to ask help but , alas, it' my first mod to added.

You need to have GTR evolution addon from Simbin for this update.

yesterday, I've just installed GTR-EVO GTL MOD (V1.31) , and in mine ...\race 07\Gamedata\Teams\
I can't find a "GT_Pro" folder where putting in this update but, for example,there are Saleen_S7R folder in
mine ...\race 07\GameData\TEAMS\GTR2\GT folder , so could I put update folders there, one by one
respectively ?Where I Could find GTR evolution addon from Simbi ?

great help and great expansion, but could it s Nürburgring run in night version ?in control option I can even see in Race 07 a H key for light...

Sadly there are no real night races and car lights (that lights up the track ahead) in Race07. They disabled that from gtr2 because there were no night races in wtcc. It should be possible to edit the race time for a track to night, but some track lights would be needed. I think there are a night version of le mans track somewere, but I don't think I have tested it.
