5000 as in the previous seasons I guess. Why should this be unfair? The "old" manufacturers will have either more or less than 5000, depending on last seasons number of retirements.

Tyrrell switched from Honda ('91) to Ilmor ('92), so instead of the best we had the third worst concerning cof, yet we won both titles. You never know what will happen

With your 150$ you can use it because your limit is 1000$ + 200$ for beeing 3rd last years so 1200$ in total

you have 950$ now with 150$ you have max 1100$
