GT6 Gran Turismo 6 - Leagues?

Hey there,

Has anyone thought of any possible leagues that could be a possibility for GT6?

Maybe something like the FIA World Endurance Championship? DTM?

Obviously, not many people know how much customization you can do to the cars in GT6. If GT5 is anything to go off of, then I guess there will only be a few cars that you can make look like actual touring cars.

I'm just wondering what everyone's thoughts and opinions would be on some competitive, friendly leagues.

I'd be more than happy to run a touring car league for GT6 as I think it's one of, if not the best simulation games out there.

i would be interested, we could have a gt3 league or a gt500 league like we had on gt5. Something like the megane trophy or the scirocco's could also be fun

Yeah great, GT3 would be a good race. We had BTCC type racing in mind also. Caterhams / LCC Rockets could be fun? Of Clio Cup?

i really liked the gt3 race that we did at Bathurst a couple of weeks ago, with the pitstop it was very nice, but there migth be some better combo's, maybe those could be tested in the club races and then see what was the feedback

Well what I was planning for the league we could set up is like a package league, where you have lots of little series's: gt3 as the main one, then something like Clio Cup, LCC Rocket and Caterhams as supporting series if you get me? @Joe Lancaster

This sounds like a good idea, could definitely do with a GT6 league. The BTCC idea sounds good to me.

I'm up for a league, as long as nobody shouts at me for getting in the way and being 8 seconds a lap slower than the rest of you

Make sure it's a car I can afford, since the money hack never worked on my version of the game.

The cheapest car in the BTCC range is 117,000 + Racing Soft. So are you interested in joining?

With no subforums available its easiest to keep stuff into one thread. First post: intro, second post: outlines, third post: signups etc etc

When it gets really busy we can always split them into different topics

Yup - got enough for those and can always do a race series and get the odd couple of hundred thousand for parts. The cars costing 500,000 or more tend to be out of my league.
