GPCOS sign up

Hi I 've been trying to register in GPCOS but when using my license member username it says it's an existing account but if I try to retrieve the password I can't because it doesn't exists. However I've been able to create an account with JuananM. username. Can any admin verify that there's another user with my license member name or its some kind of conflict with usernames?

Users are auto-signed up to GPCOS with a randomly generated password - you can retrieve this password by using the e-mail address you used to register at RD.

Thanks Ryan, tried again and it works, guess I made a typo error the 2 times I tried to retrieve the password :sorry: please admins, ignore my sign up as JuananM.
