The long anticipated free update of Game Stock Car is out and users are sharing the content first via torrents. Developer Reiza Studios is currently updating their game website and once completed http links are expected to be released as well.

Please keep seeding the files with the rest of the community and help make the download process go smooth and fast for everybody. We will update this post with the press release, screenshots, videos and other news during the day when more information is unvealed.

Just copy the GSC Exe from your other install to the GSC 2012 install.

Guess not. I think he is asking about activation of the *new* (2012) version installed on a machine where he has the old version already working.

Thanks for advise. It turned out to be my old saitek keyboard, it appeared as a game controller. Since I've replaced it the game hooks up with no problems.

A few questions....

1) Where are hdv files ?
2) With 2011 version, as a hobby I changed the color of the rims etc.., Isn't possible now ?

Reiza,
you really have done a cracking job on this update, the original was excellent, but the improvement in the AI is noticeable, I am running 100% seasons in stock V8 and F3 and the racing is great.
Must stop racing and get on with some work.
In a couple more laps.
Or so.

ok running with admin rights worked. but my ffb is rubbish. its there just no real feed back as to what the car is doing is this the game? Im mostly comparing to netkar pro.

I've installed Game Stock Car 2012, do i still need to download Formula 3 and Formula Reiza as they are not showing in the menu. The Camaros are showing, and is version 1.700 correct.

GSC 2012 is the correct version.I have both GSC 2012 and 1.70 versions installed in my computer.
You should install GSC 2012 in different folder than 1.70.

Thanks Jari, i finally found the menu for Formula Reiza and Formula 3, bottom left hand corner, games running fine.

1) In a safe place

2) It´s no longer an option as the 2012 cars all have the same rim color.

I have purchased a license of GSC because I had tried a conversion for rfactor and I really liked it.

Surely it isn't good to see their work stolen, but sometimes can be a form of advertising.

Please Reiza make me happy and fix up/down shifting sound of AI in cockpit view.

Lowering the AI volume to 50% is not the correct way to solve the problem (despite this, the shifting sound is always audible, and AI generals sounds are too weak).

Or show me how to access to the sfx file.
In GSC 1.7 I got rid of the defect in 15 sec. (Yes I'm not interested in replays, nor various external cam view, only in cockpit).

Hoping..

Only reason I ask was for the ability to add pitstops to the Formula Classic which for me makes it a more interesting race.

Didn't you start that nonsense thread about GSC being rubbish despite almost universal praise from people at this forum, many of whom own netkar as well?
