Game Crashing Error on Launch

So I haven't played AC for a few months now and it used to work flawlessly with content manager. Recently I tried to play again and the game keeps crashing and I get the below errors. I tried restarting my computer but the problem persists. Any feedback on what I can try would be greatly appreciated.
