DiRT 4 Game code

Amazon are advertising Dirt 4 [PC Code - Steam] for £18

How does this work?

If I get the code where do I get the software from?

Well I kind of assumed that however caution as the game cost £45 on steam so was wondering how amazon only charge £18

Just like any other code reseller - you get a code, and then redeem it on Steam. No purchase through Steam is done, which also means you can't refund the game (at least not directly on Steam).

BTW, if I'm not mistaken, it was pretty cheap directly on Steam not long ago. (It's a dead game, pretty much.)
